Welcome to my class blog. I am currently teaching in the Special Needs field in Victoria, Australia. Because of the confidentiality of students I have not been able to post examples of the amazing achievements. Previously I taught at Rangiora Borough School in New Zealand. To see examples of the great work the Year 3 children did in my 2018 class, follow the blog and check out the tabs below.

Lesley Ottley saving our environment
We were lucky enough to have Lesley from Mastaguard to talk to us about reducing waste in the landfill. It is our responsibility to make sure everything we throw away goes into the right bin. Did you know $872,000,000 worth of food is thrown away every year in NZ? Approx 20,000,000 loaves of bread are wasted. We need to find our grandparents recipe books and utilise rather than waste food.
