How to develop 'resilience' in our children.
A skill all children need to learn to enable them to succeed in life is resilience. I was impressed with the simplicity of this poster as a reminder of how we can boost resilience by regularly using these phrases.

Michael Grose explains how children and adults in resilient families tune into each other's needs, choosing situation-specific language, rather than simply regurgitating generalised ‘feel good’ or ‘get on with it’ platitudes.
